2602B Digital SourceMeter

The 2600B Series Digital SourceMeter is Keithley's I-V source-measure instrument, which can serve both as a benchtop I-V characterization tool and as a component in a multi-channel I-V test system. For benchtop applications, the 2600B Series offers an embedded TSP® Express test software that allows users to quickly and conveniently perform common I-V tests. For system-level applications, the TSP architecture and new features of the 2600B, such as parallel testing capability and precision clock synchronization, provide industry-leading high throughput, thereby reducing testing costs. The 2600B Series Digital SourceMeter replaces the popular 2600 Series Digital SourceMeter with expanded performance. Because the 2600B Series offers backward code compatibility with the 2600 Series, customers can easily replace the 2600A Series with the 2600B Series. In a compact unit, it integrates the following functions: precision voltage source, high-precision current source, digital multimeter, arbitrary waveform generator, voltage or current pulse generator, electronic load, and trigger controller.
